Acley supports nationwide delivery in Vietnam. Delivery times may vary depending on the area, shipping carrier, and order status.
1. Delivery Area
Acley supports delivery to provinces and cities in Vietnam within the shipping carrier's service scope.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed after Acley confirms order information and payment method.
Normal processing time: 1–2 business days.
For orders placed on holidays, public holidays, or during peak periods, processing time may be longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Inner city: approximately 1–3 business days
- Outskirts/Provinces: approximately 2–5 business days
- Remote or special areas: delivery time may be longer depending on the shipping carrier
The above times are for reference only and may change due to weather, transportation conditions, or other factors beyond control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout step or informed during order confirmation.
Acley may apply free shipping programs for eligible orders at certain times.
5. Cash on Delivery
If the customer chooses cash on delivery, please check the order information and prepare the exact amount to be paid upon receipt.
6. Inspection upon Receipt
Customers should check the package condition before accepting it. If the package is torn, dented, wet, or shows any unusual signs, please take photos or videos and contact Acley for support.
7. Note
Acley is not responsible for delayed delivery due to customers providing incorrect addresses, wrong phone numbers, or not answering calls from the shipping carrier.
