Return and Exchange Policy
Acley supports returns and exchanges if the product is defective due to the manufacturer, incorrect model or size was delivered, or the product was damaged during shipping.
1. Conditions for return and exchange
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and not affected by perfume, chemicals, impact, or improper storage.
Customers need to contact Acley within 3 days of receiving the goods for support with inspection and processing.
2. Cases eligible for support
- Product is defective due to the manufacturer
- Incorrect product delivered compared to the order
- Product damaged during shipping
- Missing accessories or missing products in the order
3. Cases not eligible for return or exchange
- Product has been used
- Product damaged due to impact, breakage, or improper storage
- Product affected by perfume, chemicals, sweat, or humid environment
- Customer changes their mind after receiving the goods
- Products part of special discount programs, unless there is a defect from Acley
4. Processing procedure
Customers please contact Acley via Zalo or Facebook and provide photos, unboxing videos, and the order code.
After inspection, Acley will inform you of the appropriate support method: product exchange, refund, or discount code for the next order.
